In my role as a Constituency Member of Parliament, it will often be necessary to share your personal data with a third party, such as a Government Department or Agency, the local authority or another relevant organisation in order to make representations on your behalf. If at any time you would like me to stop processing your personal data please contact me on the details above.

Please note that I do not act on anonymous complaints. Whilst there may be circumstances where you would not want your details to be disclosed to a third party, I will still need them in order to ensure that you are a constituent. If there is any reason you would not want your personal details to be shared with a relevant organization, please contact my office.

Please note that I may also share your personal data in order to report a welfare or security concern.
