Did you know that contracts were recently signed under Project Gigabit, the Government programme to bring gigabit-capable broadband to hard-to-reach homes and businesses across the UK. Building work starts this year and will continue until 2030.
Approximately 1,200 premises in the following areas will benefit: Lanchester, Burnhope, Edmondsley, Sacriston, Maiden Law, High Urpeth and Beamish.
